Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. (We sell to B2B as well.)
Delivery Time Estimation:
All orders are processed between 1-5 business days. Orders will arrive between 3-7 amount of business days depending on your location. FREE SHIPPING (United States but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc).
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Missing delivery appointments, Address errors, or etc.:
If you set an appointment for your item to be delivered and you miss it or the address is wrong or etc. You're be charge by the cost for it to be redelivered to your chosen address. Please double check your address and etc.
Type of Shipping:
The type of shipping for free shipping is Curb Drop. If you like something else like room of choice and other type of shipping, please contact/email us. There are extra fees for other types of shipping than curb drop.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos (at least 5 pictures) to email@example.com. We can either compensate you for the damage or send in a replacement for you (replacements are free of charge, only the damaged parts). If damaged (on arrival) and you want it returned, the shipping cost is free but you still have to pay for the 15% restocking fee.
Cancellations & Refunds:
You can cancel the order anytime but it is best to cancel it before it is shipped, not after. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If you would like to return your item, the condition has to be in like-new condition with original product tags, sanitary protection, and packaging that has not been installed, used, worn, or modified. Still in the original package and the original package is not cut down. You can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it and also to report any damaged or issue with the product. Please report the damage or issue immediately if you see it and send pictures of the damage though email. We will be charging a 15% restocking fee for any buyer's remorse, only after the item is shipped and not before.
We follow the manufacturer's return policy and you are responsible for the return label if you want your item returned.
