    The customer service needs work. Your website says nothing about the delivery and that it is a curb drop and no means to get into my house. You need to state that. And you were no help with working with the shipper. I had to deal with them direct to arrange to drop in my garage. It was all a pain in the ass. In hindsight I would have bought this item from Amazon, who will deliver in the house and for an extra fee put in in the room your choice.

We also stated you can choice room of choice or other types of shipping you would like but that comes with extra fees. We have added this the day of or week of from your review.
